PRIVACY: We care about our customers' privacy and protect your privacy by using a highly recognized payment processing company called PayPal. Red By Wolves does not and will never have access to your personal information other than your name and contact/delivery details in order to process the order. We do not hold financial information about you or the details of your credit/debit card(s). And we do not have access to that information. In order to buy goods through the Site, you will need to provide your personal details and other requested information as indicated. By using the Site to buy goods, you authorise our payment processor to process a charge or charges to your credit/debit card to the amount of the total purchase price. Your name and contact details will never be sold or transferred to a third party company. We do, however, keep your contact information in order to send you the latest news on Red By Wolves goods (we assume you want to know about our goods if you have bought from us already). If, however, you do not wish to receive future information, please email us after you have placed your order with your order details so that we know not to send you anything. It's that simple.

PLACING AN ORDER: It's easy. Select the product and size along with any other relevant options. Click the buy button. Pay using a credit/debit card, or if you have a PayPal account, pay using this. Your payment will be processed and your order will be confirmed shortly in an email to you.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & SPECIFICATION: We reserve the right to alter, change, discontinue or develop our products and specifications of them. Furthermore, each of our products is individually made using traditional methods. Therefore our products are subject to differences in colour, shape, texture, feel, and look. These are seen as part of the enjoyment and benefit of owning a Red By Wolves product and in no way are seen to be, or acknowledged as, defects. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. All communications and advertisements made by us are invitations to treat only and are not intended to be offers or contracts. Prices shown on the Site are in GBP and are inclusive of all taxes where appropriate for EU customers. All prices remain valid as advertised from time to time. If you are buying from outside the EU, you may also incur duties levied by the jurisdiction to which you have specified delivery. We are not responsible for customs duties and taxes that are incurred on orders outside the EU.

PAYMENT: All prices include VAT where applicable (EU). We will display delivery charges after you have selected your products. You can select from which area in the world you want delivery to go to and will be billed accordingly. Red By Wolves accepts most major credit/debit cards as forms of payment for online purchases or via a verified PayPal account. The prices do not include customs and import duties and taxes for non EU destinations.

DELIVERY: We will endeavour to deliver your goods within 28 days unless stated in the description (such as out of stock items, custom, or made-to-order products). Red By Wolves online purchases are delivered only to the billing address of your credit/debit card or your verified PayPal address. Goods will not be shipped to P.O. boxes or BFPO addresses. Orders are processed and delivered Monday to Thursday, excluding public and bank holidays. We send all goods tracked and insured. However, we are not responsible for loss or damage by the carrier/postal service. We will supply you with a tracking number on more expensive items. You will need to track, and process a claim with the relevant carrier should damage/ losses arise. We are not responsible for delays due to customs or postal/delivery carriers.

TRACKING: An email is sent to you when we have shipped the item. If you have not received your tracking number within 7 days please email info@RedByWolves.com with your order details.

RETURNS: Red By Wolves wants to ensure your complete satisfaction. For online purchases, we will accept returns of goods not worn, unused and undamaged, INCLUDING THE UNDERSIDE OF SHOE SOLES for a full refund or exchange or Credit if returned within 7 days of receiving the item. Please note goods purchased online can only be accepted as returns via our Online Store and will not be refunded at any of our own stores or third party stockists. You are responsible for any return delivery charges. Every effort will be made to issue a prompt refund within 30 days from our receipt of your written notice of cancellation accompanied by the returned item. We will send you an email notification once the return has been processed. 'Sale' items can only be returned for a credit note. No refunds on 'Sale' items.
